International programme for executives

An executive education programme aimed at top executives based in Latin America is being offered by a consortium of three schools - Wharton in the US, Iese Business School in Spain and the China Europe International Business School in Shanghai.

Participants - chief executive officers and presidents - must have at least 10 years’ executive experience of large companies that either operate in Latin America or have their headquarters there.

The Global CEO Program for Latin America is a response to the growing demand for executives in the region to compete in an international environment and has been designed to help Latin American executives develop strategies to position their organisations as global leaders.

The programme begins in October and is structured around three, one-week residential modules at each of the three partner schools.

In offering an intense immersion experience in three different continents, the programme directors believe GCLA will provide a truly global experience. It will also allow participants to exchange business experiences with like-minded executives.
